Mi Vida’s Graduate Program

The Mi Vida Graduate Program is a 6-month cohort-based initiative designed to support job creation and empower young talent in Kenya’s real estate and construction sectors.

This program is tailored for recent graduates and students in their 3rd, 4th, or final year, focusing on key disciplines such as architecture, urban and regional planning, construction management, civil and mechanical engineering, and interior design, among others.

We are particularly keen on supporting women, persons with disabilities, and highachieving students who scored B+ and above in their KCSE (or equivalent qualifications). Our goal is to foster both equality and equity, ensuring that this opportunity reaches those who need it most.

Most importantly, this program will be completely free of charge, and participants will also receive remuneration—because we recognize that learning and growth should not come at a financial burden.
