Sustainable Affordable Housing Winner at the Kenya Green Building Society Annual Conference 2024

The event, hosted in Nairobi, focused on the theme “Creating a Sustainable and Inclusive Tomorrow: Innovating the Green print for Our Urban Future.” It brought together over 200 stakeholders, including policymakers, researchers, and international representatives from organizations like the International Finance Corporation (IFC), Habitat for Humanity, and the COP28 hosts.

With projects such as KEZA Riruta, Amaiya Garden City, and Mi Vida Garden City, the company has become a leader in eco-friendly practices within Kenya’s real estate sector, tackling issues like rapid urbanization, energy conservation, and environmental responsibility.
