The Programme is offered free of charge to participants. Participants will receive a modest stipend to cover basic expenses during the Programme. The Programme offers practical experience and opportunities for professional development including mentorship, real-world experience, professional growth. However, participation does not guarantee employment with the organizing company or its affiliates. Accommodation and transportation will not be provided unless explicitly stated in the offer letter.
To be eligible for the Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be recent graduates (within the past two years) or set to graduate by the Programme’s start date;
- Students in their 3rd, 4th or final year of study;
- Scored a B+ and above in KCSE or its equivalent
- Be alumni of a recognized Kenyan university.
- Have attained or be on track to achieve at least a First-Class or Second-Class Honours degree.
- Be below 25 years of age at the time of application.
Special consideration will be given to applicants who meet any of the following criteria:
- Women
- Persons abled differently.
- Individuals facing financial hardship
Applications must be submitted through the designated platform, adhering to the specified deadlines and requirements. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in an interview and/or assessment process. Applicants may be required to provide the following:
- A copy of their degree certificate and/or academic transcripts.
- Proof of identity and age.
- A recommendation letter from a faculty member or professional reference.
- Supporting documents for special consideration (if applicable), such as medical reports or financial statements.
